ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executing M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions in the Technology vertical and a strong desire to want to be part of a team executing those transactions for high-growth technology and technology services companies in the public and private markets.

As an Associate, the role requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, experience with financial statements and financial modeling and storing communication skills. It will require overseeing and mentoring analysts.

The opportunity will provide a growth path towards accelerated promotions based upon capabilities, leadership, and client management. The best candidates will be those looking to advance more quickly up the ladder in investment banking and build out a team within a growing an entrepreneurial investment bank and who believe they have the self-motivation to navigate an upward path faster than at traditional large investment banks.

Responsibilities

  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Preparation of marketing materials for M&A and equity capital raises
  • Analyzing industries and assessing competitive dynamics
  • Interacting and managing client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA not required
  • 2-6 years of experience in Technology Investment Banking
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
